G E O P O R T

We grade all our used containers honestly and provide real photos before you buy. Our “wind and watertight” (WWT) units are structurally sound with solid floors, tight door seals, and no leaks. For near-new appearance, we also offer “one-trip” containers that have made a single cargo journey and show only minimal wear.

Yes. With depots in six cities from British Columbia to Ontario, we coordinate delivery to most locations across the country. Delivery costs vary by distance and site accessibility; we always provide a firm, all-inclusive freight quote before you commit.

Absolutely. Our Edmonton modification facility handles everything from simple shelving and ventilation to fully finished site offices, pop-up retail spaces, and climate-controlled units. We work from your drawings or can propose a design—just tell us what you need the container to do.

It depends on your municipality and zoning. Many rural and industrial areas allow containers without special permits, while urban residential zones often have restrictions. We always recommend checking with your local planning department, and we can provide spec sheets to support your application.

If you need a container for a short-term project or seasonal storage, renting often makes the most financial sense. If your need extends beyond 12–18 months, purchasing is usually more cost-effective. Our team is happy to run the numbers with you based on your timeline.

You can visit any of our depots by appointment to inspect units in person. Alternatively, we’ll send you high-resolution photos and a detailed condition report of the exact container you’re considering. Our online system also shows real-time inventory, so you can browse from anywhere.
